Ginger Jones, CEO

Ginger is the co-founder and CEO of Diversified Nurse Consultants and co-founder of Peggy’s Place, LLC, Bucks Building LLC and Fourth T&G Ventures LLC. Ginger will serve as the Alliance’s initial CEO. Ginger began her career as a registered nurse in 1994 and has held leadership roles in multiple areas of practice including long term care, home health, intensive care and care management through which she has obtained keen insights into the inner workings of the healthcare system. These insights along with the personal hardships in the healthcare system she experienced with two of her children inspired Ginger’s passion to develop new models of service delivery and innovative solutions. Since 2011, Ginger has co-led the growth of DNC from a solo practice to a $4M organization and was the visionary who brought the Alliance co- founders together. Ginger is a Certified Case Manager, and Certified Life Care Planner and is an active member in the following professional organizations: Case Management Society of America, American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners, National Care Planning Council, Aging Life Care Association, American Nurses Association, and Indiana Nurses Association.

Dew-Anne Langcaon, CFO

Dew-Anne is the co-founder and CEO of iHealthHome, Inc . (iHH) and will serve as the Alliance’s initial part time Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to founding iHH, Dew-Anne co-founded, Ho’okele Health Innovations, LLC (HHI) and led the development of iHH’s software platform to serve the needs of HHI’s care management and private home care businesses.  Dew-Anne has personally been a care manager for her own clients, but today devotes her time to advancing the adoption of technology by care managers to grow and expand the profession to help more people.  Before becoming an entrepreneur, Dew-Anne was a senior executive at a 4-hospital health system as its Chief Strategic Officer (CSO) and prior to that served as the Chief Operating Officer of a 220-bed hospital within that health system and before that served as the Vice President of Finance for corporate shared services.  Dew-Anne is trained as a CPA and was an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche before beginning her career in healthcare.

John Beran, CSO

John comes to MCA having served in multiple C-Suite roles including chief executive, finance and operations roles. His experience in large health systems coupled with active investing and entrepreneur-oriented consulting make him an ideal fit to serve as Chief Strategy Officer. His experience includes running a home care infusion and durable medical equipment division and as CFO of a Visiting Nurse Association. John started his career at KPMG as an auditor in a large health care practice. Beran has a Master Degree in Business from Bellarmine University, an undegraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin. John has served on mulitiple non-profit boards and is highly regarded for health care strategy.

Management Team

Ashley Jones, Director of Operations

Ashley is the full time Director of Operations for the Alliance.  Prior to accepting the role to implement the vision for the Alliance, Ashely was the Director of Operations and Finance for DNC where she had primary responsibility for building the business functions and financial processes that supported DNC’s rapid growth.  Ashley’s skills in project management, continuous process improvement as well as accounting and finance ideally qualify her to lead the development of management services for the Alliance.

Stephen James

As one of the nation’s largest non-institutional ESOP Trustees, Stephen James oversees the on-going trust services and annual acquisition of numerous companies that become Employee Owned.   A licensed CPA and long-term CFO, Steve founded SCJ Consulting Services to serve as Independent Trustee for ESOP companies across the US. Previously serving as CFO for Mortenson Dental, he left in 2019, to focus on his passion for Employee Ownership.

Mary Wegman

Mary is the founder and CEO of Choices in Senior Care (CSC), and founder of Care Around the Block.  Mary is a Certified Case Manager and an Aging Life Care Professional who has over 30 years of experience in home health, hospice and case management.  Mary built CSC from a solo practice to an agency that now employ over 100 care managers and severs 7 states.  CSC was built on integrity, operational best practices and honoring the uniqueness and passions of each individual client.

Tracy Book Diers

Tracy is the co-founder and CEO of Diversified Nurse Consultants and co-founder of Peggy’s Place, LLC, Bucks Building LLC and Fourth T&G Ventures LLC.  She will be serving on the Board of the Alliance. Tracy is a board member of the Indiana Association of Adult Day Services, Indiana Community Health Worker Association and the Patient Centered Education and Research Institute. She is an active member of the National Adult Day Services Association, Kentucky Association of Community Health Workers, KY CHW Advisory Workgroup and the Curriculum Sub-Committee, Indiana Community Health Worker Association, American Nurse Association, Kentucky Nurse Association, and the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.

Abigail Wegman

Abigail is the Director of Business Development at Care Around the Block (CAB).  Abigail leads up the marketing and customer acquisition efforts at CAB, CSC’s neighborhood care sharing model.  Abigail is passionate about using technology to improve the way caregiving is delivered to improve the lives of seniors.  She has led the business development efforts that have resulting in the doubling of growth in business for CAB over the last twelve months.

Tanya Fernandes

Tanya is the CEO for Ho’okele Care at Home and CFO for Ho’okele Health Innovations, LLC.  Tanya leads Ho’okele’s home care division and is the lead executive in pioneering Ho’okele’s Neighborhood CareSM program to transform senior in-home care in the state of Hawaii.  Prior to joining HHI, Tanya was a practicing attorney and a Tax Manager with Deloitte & Touche in Boston.

Bonnie Castonguay

Bonnie is a co-founder and President of Ho’okele Health Innovations, LLC (HHI).  Bonnie will be serving as the corporate secretary for the Alliance.  Prior to founding HHI, Bonnie served as the VP of Patient Safety and quality for a 4-hospital health system and was in charge of system wide clinical process improvement as well as patient safety, quality and case management. Bonnie is a Registered Nurse, Certified Case Manager and has served on the regional Boards of the Aging Life Care Association and the Case Management Society of America.

George Dick

George Dick is the president of Four Colour Print Group in Louisville, Kentucky.
