Lisa Baez-Alessandro is the founder and owner of Advocacy with Compassion, LLC. She has held leadership positions in the healthcare industry for over 20 years and is a seasoned RN for nearly 30 years. Lisa is a natural born caretaker with a passion to care for anyone in need of help.
Lisa has spent her life taking care of patients, friends, and relatives. She decided it was time to have a more personal and meaningful relationship with her clients at this time in her career.
She has excellent skills in dealing with the elderly population, death and dying, medication management, medical care coordination, and home care services.
She is also a Eucharistic minister, and visits those sick and elderly parishioners who are unable to leave their home. She teaches religious instruction to young children and is involved in her church.
