INTEGRATED VITAL SIGNS

Vitals are collected through integrated Bluetooth low energy (BLE) — wireless medical devices that can be used over a short distance to enable smart devices to communicate. Today, the majority of Android and iOS devices on the market incorporate BLE for communication and interaction with other devices. By creating daily awareness of physiological data, customers, care teams and families are better able to coordinate care and act quickly on any concerns.

NUTRITION DIARY

Nutritional data can be logged through voice inputs or simple barcode scanning. This data can be shared to stay on track with health goals.

MEDICATION REMINDERS

Set medication reminders by day of week and time of day, pushed to the customer’s MyCare Connection-provided tablet or sent to the  MyCare Connection smart watch. Customer, family or care team can add and track medications, helping avoid adverse reactions due to prescription conflicts. Medications can be marked as taken, skipped, or missed, helping adherence and improving the quality of care.

MYCARE FAMILY CONNECT APPLICATIONS

Family stays connected to their loved ones anywhere, anytime. Family can monitor for vitals and have video or audio calls, from any smart device—directly from the app. Introducing this technology could be a first step toward a senior accepting help.
